Leads the Human Resources Function

Rajni leads the Human Resources function at Head Held High. In this role, she handles all the staffing and employee development needs of the organisation — from hire to retire. Since she joined, the employee headcount has grown from double to triple digits. Since she first began her career with a Kolkata-based recruitment firm, she has worked in a variety of sectors — including NBFSI, manufacturing, and facilities management.
Rajni has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Institute Of Management Science.
When she is not working, she likes to read light fiction – thrillers and romance being her preferred genres. She loves cooking and is always up for traveling.
