I believe in synergy and the greatest kick I get out of my job is to connect the dots and bring together various stakeholders impacting the livelihoods of underprivileged school dropout youth.
Deepti leads Partnerships, Fundraising and Corporate Volunteering efforts at Head Held High Foundation. A software engineer by training, she started her career at Infosys but soon found herself drawn to the development sector. Her experience in the sector has spanned areas such as training, operations, project management and content development. She has in-depth understanding of issues related to employability of people with disabilities – particularly those with vision and hearing impairment and physical disability.
