Code Unnati

Code Unnati is another partnership between Head Held High Foundation and UNDP that seeks to prepare youth to make informed career choices, and equip them with relevant job skills.

Starting in late 2021, we began engaging with government colleges across three districts in Karnataka — rural Bangalore, Dakshin Kannada and Raichur. Over the course of the engagement, we aim to reach at least 12,000 youth from these institutions with career guidance, counselling, digital skills training and entrepreneurship development programs. These interventions, along with internships and practical opportunities, will help boost employability or readiness to explore entrepreneurship among the youth.
