Swapna Handique

Swapna leads the Evaluation and Certification function at Head Held High Foundation. In this role, she has helped developed comprehensive evaluation frameworks for both trainers and trainees. She has been instrumental in creating technology-based tools for this function, yielding significant savings in time and resources for the organization.

Swapna has both grassroots and team management experience in the skills development area. In her prior roles, she has led teams in outreach and community mobilization, managed vocational training centers and education programs, and driven monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment efforts. 

Swapna has a postgraduate degree from Delhi University.
