Founder-Director of Chrysalis, a Goa based consulting organisation that works in the areas of Envisioning, Sustainability, Business Excellence and Organisational Culture, Vivek Talwar was till recently the Chief Culture Officer and the Chief Sustainability Officer of Tata Power, till he superannuated in March 2018.
He is currently a Consultant to Tata Sons working for Tata Business Excellence Group and part of the think tank that steers Affirmative Action in the Tata Group. He is also on the Boards of Antarang Foundation, a Mumbai based not-for-profit organisation involved creating in career opportunities for urban youth from disadvantaged
He is also on the Boards of Antarang Foundation, a Mumbai based not-for-profit organisation involved creating in career opportunities for urban youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the Yara India Trust, a corporate CSR body involved on regional development programs in the rural hinterland of North India. He is also on the Advisory Council of the Tata Centre of Excellence on Coastal and Marine Biodiversity Conservation, a coastal Gujarat based Centre, that has a pan-India footprint.
An architect by training, Vivek is a wildlife and nature photographer, who has travelled to some of the most remote wilderness areas of the world, chronicling stories of impact of climate change and environment degradation.
