Upon receiving your filled application form, we will conduct a telephone/Skype interview. Upon completion, a written test will be carried out to assess your communication, reasoning and logic, math and computer skills.
Based on the results from your interview, you will be notified if you have been selected for the program. Once you are selected, a Fellowship Program information sheet will be sent to you which includes:
• Program start date
• Preparations (if necessary)
• Arrival time in Tumkur
• Food and Accommodation
• Terms and Conditions
The Fellowship program begins with a 1 month ‘Setu Program’ at the HHH Academy in Tumkur, Karnataka. This program is used to bridge the knowledge gap for the new fellows until they commence the Train the Trainer (T3) program. During this month long program, fellows are trained to:
HHH Fellows will undergo a 1 month long ‘Train the Trainer’ (T3) program at the HHH Academy in Tumkur, Karnataka. The Academy also has a Centre of Excellence and a showcase batch of students. During the T3 program, fellows are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to become an effective Trainer. The program facilitates
Upon completion of the T3 program, fellows will be capable of delivering the HHH Transformative Training program and conduct training for a live batch.
Upon completion of the T3 program, fellows will be placed at one of our partner centres for 8 months to deliver the Transformative Training program to a batch of 30 rural youth.
On completion of the Fellowship program, Fellows will receive a Fellowship certificate accredited by TATA Trusts during their graduation.

Fellows are enrolled in the HHH Alumni network which allows for great networking opportunities with other Fellows. The Fellowship program envisions a Chapter based model to ensure sustainability of the program. Chapter members include a cohort of Fellows who will promote their Fellowship experience and offer support in recruiting, managing and empowering potential Fellows.
